Our company uses several courier companies for delivering products to our customer. We will select the most suitable courier company for delivering your order based on your shipping address. Tracking information will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

If parcel arrives found damage, please do not sign and receive the parcel as this would void the damage claim.
If parcel lost during delivery, claims are handled through the courier company, but we will try our best effort to assist the customer with these claims.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation including your shipping details and tracking number. If you are not receiving your parcel after the estimated leadtime, please contact the courier company or contact us, we will assist you on this matter.
We make our best efforts to deliver products based on delivery time guildlines above to the address specified by you on the order. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.
Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays.
